Frequently asked questions before visiting the museum
Can I bring a bag with me?
For everyone's safety, larger bags and backpacks are not allowed to be brought into the exhibitions. However, handbags and smaller backpacks (such as school backpacks) are allowed.
Can I leave outerwear and bags somewhere?
On the entrance floor there are lockers in various sizes. The dimensions of the largest locker are W: 33 cm H: 50 cm and D: 48 cm.
Can I bring a stroller?
Since June 3, 2025, strollers are not allowed to be brought into the exhibitions. Strollers are parked in the stroller parking lot on the entrance floor. If you want to lock the stroller, please bring your own lock.
Is there a playroom?
There is no playroom. There used to be a room for exploration on the 3rd floor called the Sensory Corner. Now a new temporary exhibition for children is being built in the same area.
Can I eat and drink in the exhibitions?
Eating and drinking is done in the packed lunch room or the café on the entrance floor. Bringing food and drinks into the exhibitions is not permitted.
Can I take photos?
Yes, you can take photos.
