Cooperation partners

Gothenburg Museum of Natural History cooperates with a number of different institutions and organisations. Allow us to introduce some of our cooperation partners:

In cooperation with the Gothenburg Botanical Garden, Herbarium GB and the University of Gothenburg, we form the Gothenburg Consortium for Taxonomic Facilities (GTCF). Since 2012 we have been a local node for the Consortium of European Taxonomic Facilities (CETAF), a European association of 71 institutions that have natural history collections and which carry out research in taxonomy, systematics and biodiversity. CETAF also has an advisory role within the EU. Read more about CETAF here

NAMSA

We are part of the Natural Historic Museums Cooperation Organisation (NAMSA), a nationwide cooperation organisation made up of other natural history museums, naturum, botanical gardens and some animal parks. Read more about NAMSA here (in Swedish)
