Time slots
The museum is open 11 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Sunday. You can choose between three time slots per day: 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm. Each slot is 1 hour and 45 minutes. The visit is free of charge.
Booking terms
A booking can be made until the start of a session. If it is fully booked, it is possible to queue digitally via the Bokamera app. Please note that in case of late arrival, 15 minutes after the start of a session, we cannot guarantee your booking. Cancellation can be made up to two hours before the start of your session.
When you arrive at the museum
When you have booked a ticket and arrive at the museum, please enter through the wooden ramp entrance, which is to the left of the main entrance. Please present your booking confirmation at the reception where you will receive a sticker that you must wear during your visit. After your visit, please put your sticker on the sandwich board at the exit. Exit the museum through the main entrance.
